Happening October 4-8 in Atlanta, A3C (All 3 Coasts) Festival & Conference engages and inspires the artists, entrepreneurs, and creatives that shape hip-hop culture. This year, they've raised their game when it comes to music tech and social change. 

Teams are accepted after rounds of interviews where they present their startup idea to the coaches. Once accepted, each team receives $20,000 of seed money, donated by Christopher Klaus.

On the third Monday in August of 2017, a large shadow was cast over many parts of the country, including Tech Square.  While we didn't experience totality of the eclipse, it was still a sight to be seen for many people who were prepared with special eclipse glasses, or custom made shoe-box viewers. (Tech Square experienced 97% totality)

Cypress Pint and Plate is a classic sports bar, with a local feel to it.  It's one of the few full bars within walking distance of Tech Square, about 3 minutes.  Located on the corner of Cypress and 6th St., it offers plenty of outside and inside seating.

 It's a Korean Mexican fusion restaurant, mixing some flavors you probably haven't tried before.  

Jimmy Hester gives us the inside scoop on ATHENA Lab. He explains that their project is, "a convergence between the internet of things and 5G networks". They are building wireless directional sensors which are fueled by a solar cell and have a 30 meter reading range.
