Tech Square's Newest Event Series Tackles the AI Question

Last week, members of the Tech Square community gathered for a secret meeting of the minds. A new event series called Brains in the Bar convened at the Tech Square Tavern in the Georgia Tech Hotel & Conference Center to spark conversation about artificial intelligence. The question that both inspired the gathering and earned attendees their invitation: "Where would you choose a human over perfectly accurate AI?" The first 15 people that submitted thoughtful answers were welcomed into the secret event, where a lively discussion on AI unfolded.

The conversation was facilitated by Vicky Fowler and Nandu Shah of Collaborative. Participants worked through a short quiz featuring statements and scenarios, challenged to distinguish what was written by AI from what came from a human. It was a deceptively tricky exercise that kept the room engaged.

Keep your eyes peeled for the next Brains in the Bar event by subscribing to our socials and newsletter here. Locations are set to change/rotate.
