How do i redeem a free day pass?

First-time visitors can click here to redeem a complimentary Day Pass. Once you have used your free Day Pass, you can apply for a monthly TSQATL membership, or purchase additional Day Passes from the account you've already created.

What are the membership terms and conditions?

How do i cancel?

You can cancel your account at any time by submitting a request to membership@techsquareatl.com. Cancellation will be effective immediately upon our receipt of notice of cancellation. We do not provide refunds upon termination or cancellation of your account with respect to amounts already paid. You will remain liable for past due amounts, and we may exercise our rights to collect due payment, despite termination or expiration of your Tech Square ATL Membership.

What is the proprietary membership database?

The Tech Square ATL members-only community is the best way to meet interesting people who are creating the future of technology. Without a doubt, it’s the largest network of startup leaders, students, corporate innovators, and researchers in the entire Southeast. By facilitating connections, we hope to encourage the exchange of ideas and foster future collaborations. how does tech square atl differ from tech square?

We get it – it’s a little confusing. But we’re here to add some clarity. Tech Square is the neighborhood in which TSQATL – the membership-only community and physical shared workspace (called The Clubhouse) – is located.

Nestled in Midtown Atlanta, Tech Square has the highest density of startups, corporate innovators, academic researchers, and students in the entire southeastern United States.

THE clubhouse

What is The Clubhouse?

Our shared workspace operates out of a modular and spacious, 9,000 square foot facility called “The Clubhouse” – equipped with comfy chairs, ergonomic seating, hot desks, private conference rooms, blazing fast WiFi, and complimentary coffee. But it’s so much more than that. The Clubhouse also fosters equal parts work and play.

The Clubhouse serves as a workspace for collaborating on concepts and building upon them — whether you're on your own or are looking for others to test or build upon them with you. It's also a play space to come together with other technologists, researchers, and innovators — whether that's piloting new video games or deliberating on the future of Atlanta's tech scene.

Where do i park?

Parking is available at the Centergy One parking deck, located right next door to us. You can also find additional street parking via Park Mobile on Spring and 5th St. For more info about parking, click here

What are the parking rates?

Centergy One parking deck daily rates: Half Hour: $3.00 | One Hour: $6.00 | Two Hours: $12.00 | Daily Max: $20.00. For more info about parking, click here.

What is your guest policy?

Residency members may bring three (3) guests a month. All guests must be accompanied by a Member (unless you are a Day Pass member). Members are required to sign in their guest(s) upon entry.

What are your hours?

Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Members have 24/7 secured mobile key access. For more info about accessibility, click here.

How do I get 24/7 access?

You must first agree to the Terms and Conditions for 24/7 access to The Clubhouse. Your application will then be reviewed by the Tech Square ATL team. Upon approval, you will receive an email from "Kisi" to download their mobile app, and create a username/password to unlock the doors to The Clubhouse.

how often are janitorial services performed?

Janitorial services come by twice a day to clean and disinfect.

What processes have you implemented for COVID-19?

Since the announcement of COVID-19 we’ve reviewed, implemented, and followed CDC guidelines for prevention of contamination and spreading. We’ve taken explementary measures to ensure the safety of our staff and members, which includes, but isn’t limited to:

  • Spaced out seating

  • Installation of hand sanitizer throughout the space

  • Increased janitorial cleaning, including expanded restroom disinfecting (two times daily)

  • Performed air quality testing

  • Suggested hand washing requirements

Do I need a mask?

The Clubhouse is a 9,000 square foot facility which allows for an open floor plan and spaced out seating. A mask isn’t required while inside, however, we encourage members to wear masks in conference rooms (when in meetings) or when having prolonged face-to-face conversations with other members. Of course, if you feel more comfortable wearing one, please do so. Additionally, for your safety and the safety of our staff and other members, we comply with Georgia state guidance and keep occupancy and any member events below the recommended 50 persons limit.

What are activations/community programming?

Activations (events) are curated experiences thoughtfully designed to create unique conditions that strengthen the culture of our community. Our events foster more than a feeling of fellowship, they serve as a catalyst for pushing the envelope, expanding your horizons, and nurturing your growth. Check out our community calendar here.

how do i attend an activation?

There are several ways to attend our premier activations:

  • If you become a Member, you can attend all of our exclusive events.

  • If you are a Day Pass member and happen to be in The Clubhouse on the same day we’re hosting an activation (lucky you!), you’re welcome to attend.

  • If you are a guest of a Member, you may be able to attend, though some restrictions apply. 

What type of activations do you have?

Our activations are intentionally-designed to interest new and existing members, deepen community connections, and create value for every member of the community. We host a variety of different events, including, but not limited to:

  • Coffee Talk: Catch-up and caffeinate with fellow members while enjoying complimentary coffee and pastries.

  • Cocktail Talk: Catch-up and “wine down” with fellow members while enjoying complimentary beverages and tasty treats.

  • Math + Mimosas: Nerd out while catching up over complimentary adult beverages with other members like yourself.

  • Fireside Chat: Panel-like discussions around a specific topic with three to five experts and a moderator in a public forum.

  • Power Meal: An hour to gather over food and have thoughtful conversation with other community members.

  • Show and Tell: An innovation-focused “tradeshow” where three speakers share their current experience and future predictions.

  • Mind of a Maker: A demonstration, workshop, or creative activity with community members.

  • Recess: An interactive community gathering centered around wellness, health, and fitness.

  • Showcase: An interactive community gathering highlighting a member's interesting work.

  • Brains in a Bar: An invite-only gathering where individuals come together over cocktails to discuss a brainy topic. Plot twist: attendees must first correctly solve a few puzzles before the secret speakeasy location is disclosed.

  • Passion Pitch: Three people. Three pitches. Three minutes.

  • Peer-to-Peer: Ways for members to stay in the loop by sharing what they’ve been working on and listening to what others in the community are doing.

how do you curate data-driven connections?

Member connections are sparked by TSQATL serving as a host for fostering conversations with a unique blend of quirky and thought-provoking questions and themes. Ultimately, these allow members of the social club to connect and share their personal experiences and insights. Our membership serves as a forum for people to come together in a small group, learn from each other, and gain a diverse perspective.

can i host my own activation?

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. In addition to thoughtfully cultivating data-driven connections, we offer continuous support to help enhance your inner circle with our robust, members-only events and online forum.
