Women In Technology Career Fair Welcomed Over 220 Attendees
On September 25th, Women in Technology (WIT), a nonprofit organization that is “supporting the women who are shaping the future”, hosted the 2025 WIT Career Fair at the TSQ ATL Clubhouse. Throughout the four-hour event, the TSQ ATL Clubhouse, which also hosted 2024 WIT Career Fair, was a vibrant hub of energy and activity as over 220 attendees from diverse backgrounds and job levels engaged in insightful career-related conversations with companies and community members.
Between dynamic conversations with tech-driven companies, job seekers were forming valuable professional connections with community members. “I loved the volume of people that were able to meet and the mix of seasoned professionals along with women earlier in their careers,” shared one attendee.
Additionally, job seekers had the opportunity to refine their talking points in mock interviews, update their headshots with a professional photographer, and receive actionable tips on how to refresh their resumes, working directly with reviewers. An attendee shared, “I LOVED the resume review sessions!”
Participants were encouraged to fill out an interactive “Career Passport” as they engaged in conversations and activities. “Helping me get out of my comfort zone and talk to people, and definitely the practice interview was very helpful for me,” reflected one job seeker. At the end of the career fair, participants were energized with new ideas, insights, updated materials, and stronger connections with others in the supportive community.
The WIT Career Fair was led by the WIT Leadership Team, and supported by 33 volunteers, 20 strategic partners dedicated to supporting women in technology, and 12 companies, such as Brooksource, CDW, COX, Equifax, Fiserv, Georgia Pacific, Norfolk Southern, The Home Depot, Keyfactor, QTS, State Farm, and Truist.
In addition to the 2025 Career Fair, WIT continually updates its Job Board with opportunities from its partners, hosting forums and socials. Visit mywit.org for more about their work in “creating possibilities for more women to explore, pursue, persist, and lead in technology”.
